Coverings

One of the directions of our activity is production of various kinds of coverings for protecting the surfaces exposed to wear. The scope of covering use is very wide. They can be used in any device, whose surfaces are exposed to wear or on which the excavated material is transported. The material can be dry or liquid.

In our production we have implemented following types of coverings:

	1) covering combined from steel/chromium with high wear resistance. Given coverings are designed for protection of large guide-bar bottoms and other surfaces. The coverings are produced in following dimensions: 200/250mm, 90/250mm.
	2) covering combined from steel/chromium cast iron for covering side surfaces of crushers' slides. Covering dimension: 500/750mm.
	3) covering from wear-resistant cast iron for sorter cover at pulp transport. The set consists of 450 pieces.

We have wide experience in production of coverings for various purposes. Taking into consideration the conditions in which the surface exposed to wear is used, we are able to design and produce coverings for each particular user.

Bucket dredges with capacity of 300 literes.

They are mounted on tracks on stationary and mobile dredge devices. They are used for digging the ground and passing it to sorting and washing in the gold mines in Russia. They are made of steel and the wearing components, that is teeth are made of wear-resistant steel (PLSM 6 alloy developed by our company).
