These are single body slurry pumps for pumping abrasive liquids with adequately large molecules. They are used in many branches of industry (flotation, hydrotransport, metallurgy, heat - pumping slag and ash).
Characteristic features of the pump:

1-body construction allows changing the flow part without disassembling the pump;

reinforced stand with 3 stage bearing assembly water cooling and increased volume of the oil pan;

double disc construction of flow part allows prolonging its life span. Thus the costs of repairs are reduced due to the fact that the pumps operating at 1000 rotations/min wear only in the suction part. In the given case only the suction disc is changed.
